Description: These item is OLD and has ware. This item does work, when you plug it in it lights up. The lights are NOT bright, but it does light up. When I plugged it in with lights on I could NOT tell it was lit up. The only way you can see any light is if it's in the dark. I took a photo in my laundry room with all the lights off see photo.
