I believe this to be an original piece as it appears to have been smudged in a small spot, it is signed and framed behind glass. 8” X 10” A beautiful piece, I believe this particular piece was done in the early 1980s. Purchased at an estate sale in upstate New York, it is the only original piece I know of. Lawrence D. McIntyre is known for his sketches of historical BUFFALO landmarks across BUFFALO and Western N.Y. Lawrence Mcantyre has sadly passed a few years ago and his work has been on the rise and highly desired by collectors, a great investment for the future.
