Vtg Genuine 1973 Hermes Paris black leather shoulder bag purse Gold clasp

Description: This is a rare genuine Hermes Paris leather shoulder bag. It comes from the estate of a family friend. I am 100% positive it is genuine. The bag comes in very nice condition for its age. Has light wear and surface scratches. The clasp has a tiny spot of plate loss. (See all pics). The blind date code is a "C" inside a circle which indicates it is from 1973. The bag measures 8.5' x 8' x 2". I am unsure of the style name. The bag is made of smooth leather and lined with super soft goatskin. There is 1 exterior slot pocket, 2 interior slot pockets, 2 compartments, and one pocket with a snap closure. It only expands slightly so not super roomy. The gold tone stylized H clasp is iconic. (It is stamped Hermes in tiny letters). The strap is adjustable but not long enough for crossbody. Also includes the original mirror. Very nice beveled edge glass and is in great condition. Made in France. Perfect for a gift or a nice addition to your collection!
