The first few pages show wear as the pages have been folded over for some time in the same position. I have unfolded them but you can see creasing on bottom, right hand side. The back side shows a small rip in the last several pages from only the corner. It does not effect reading and all activities are unaffected. I will picture this specifically. Front cover has a small rip but the overall condition is GREAT for its age. It's like stepping back in time!
