Nearly off the shoulder, it has a wide lace cape which attaches at the shoulder and drapes to the back. The dress is shift style. At each side of the hemline an emerald green inset has been placed. At the back of the shawl collar/cape a very large emerald green satin bow attaches with snaps. This dress is all about the back as it scoops low here. The Mr. Blackwell label remains on the inside. Not tagged as to size, the bust measures 36 inches with waist at 28 and hips at 38 inches. Length from shoulder to hem is 40 inches. Due to the off shoulder the loops to weave your bra strap thru remain and snap closed. The dress is in very good condition with no holes, no tears or stains.
