Description: 1- 8 oz. BRAND NEW bottle of ViviTone Yellow Oxide Pigment for Water-Based Products. This product is based on the Evonik 896 line of pigment dispersions and is recommended for all water-based products such as lacquers, polyurethanes and paints. Do not use more than 4 oz. per quart. Amounts below are suggested levels for clear bases. This product can also be used to tint shellac, but not any other solvent based product.1 oz. or less - for stains and transparent effects2-3 oz. - for opaque colors. VIVITONE TINTING COLORANTS These pigments are the industry standard Tinting Colorant for water-based lacquers, polyurethanes, and stain and paint bases. Can also be used to tint water based glues, wood fillers and just about anything that cleans up with water. Maximum level is 4 oz Colorant per Quart, but it's always wise to test. All are interior/exterior rated and come in a 8 oz bottle.
