Description: This is an unmarked Vollrath #8 Cast Iron Skillet with the -8 Side Score. It is free of cracks, chips, rust and sits flat. It has been stripped in a lye bath, cleaned and seasoned twice with Crisco in a 500 degree oven and is ready to use!!Measurements: 10 1/2" across the top, 8 1/2" cooking surface and is 2" deep. It is a used piece and does have utensil marks, which will fill in with use. The cooking surface has a few flea bites from the molding process.. The handle is NOT cracked or a repair.
