Made by the Danbury Mint. The plate is made of porcelain, and it is in excellent condition – no chips or cracks. The plate will come in a plate box, but it is not the original one. It will also come with its certificate of authenticity which is numbered B4993. I did not see any scratches but there may be since it was hung in my home for many years. I am downsizing my collections so I hope she can find a good home. I have several other plates on auction, and they all have matched COA numbers. Plate-stand not included. Thanks for looking!
