Description: SABATIER K Acier Forged carbon chef knife 9" blade FRANCE. It is in used condition with some wear, tarnish and pitting as shown, the blade is straight, without any dings. The blade should be re-sharpened and the cutting edge profile is slightly off (pretty easy service). The blade and handle have the Sabatier marks. The handle for the most part is good except for logo wear and a slight separation near the butt end, as shown in the last picture. Blade 9 1/2 in. Overall 14 1/2 in. Approx Weight 10 oz.
