Vintage Panasonic Ambience RX-5050 Boombox AM/FM Tape Player Radio

Description: Up for Consideration is a Vintage Panasonic RX-5050 Portable BoomboxCondition: This unit does show some signs of wear. This unit was pretty dirty and still could use a deeper cleaning. I used dawn to give it a good scrubbing and got a lot of it off but there are still spots that could use attention perhaps with a stronger solution. One of the knobs on the equalizer is missing. The battery door is missing. The tape deck will need a repair as it looks like the belts are out as they they do not spin when buttons are pushed. The Tuner is working properly and both speakers sound really good. The line in works as well so you can play from a phone or ipod. I was actually a little surprised at how loud this can get and how good the sound is. I guess they did build things a little better back then. It is pretty rare to find these without cracks in the speaker grills.Needs a little TLC but its a great base to start with.
