The book is in fair/good condition. It has wear along the edges and corners. The first couple page are loose from the spine but not all the way off. A quick thumb through found markings on the second page in and the last page but no other issues inside the book. The pages are starting to tan. The binding and pages are still fairly tight. It still has plenty of life left in it. Take a look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
