It has a little drawer for the pencil shavings that can be removed and emptied. It is also adjustable to various pencil sizes. Overall, it's in good shape, there are just some scratches on the chrome on the front, but, in nice shape for the age. It is blue and white and has the Mitsubishi logo on the front. This was probably made in the 1970s. Rare! Measures: 6" Tall
