Description: This is a hard to find color in this item Painted and repaired classic doll house. Little Tikes My Size dollhouse. It works well with Barbie size dolls and can be used for storage when not in play. The item is big at about 39" tall, 36" wide and 24" deep. It is in good working order. It has normal age/storage/play wear. It is shown without the bottom tabs fully inserted because they are very hard to get out. Paint color and mfg easy to find in case you ever have to touch up. The paint is consistent but does show some areas where small runs or defects in the plastic underneath the paint. I have never shipped one of these that was painted and do not know how the paint will hold up to movement during shipping. This dollhouse is very sturdy and made with a solid plastic. I have had kids show me how they stand on the top roof when I was picking a house up. I also had a little girl show me how she could still fit through the dollhouse front door as I was buying a house from her parents. Item will come disassembled and will require the placement of 8 screws(4 on sides and 4 inside for roof) and placing in the slotted pieces. I will include a copy of Little Tikes instructions from 2005. The instructions show caps on the inside roof screws but no caps are included for these screws in this sale. The caps do tend to split and are hard to open, so when putting together make sure you are done before closing cap. This house has blue caps on the side screws.This item is big even when broken down and that is why you do not see many that have a shipping option. Unless you make a special box and package very carefully. I have packaged this with minimal packing material and it is at 130" (after 130" is a huge surcharge for dimensions) dimensionally, 38" x 26" x 20" and 55 #. I have included a pass along shipping discount, so this is the lowest that I can get shipping costs. Please do not ask for a lower shipping price or a different shipping option because only UPS will realistically ship this size item at a reasonable price. I have been getting to close to the surcharge and will ship this item in two boxes. I ship within one day of payment and use tracking/ins. I am Top Rated.
