Description: This vintage George Nelson walnut bent wood tray is a stunning example of mid-century modernism. Crafted by Herman Miller, it features a beautiful walnut wood. With a diameter of 18 inches, it is a very versatile size. It would make a wonderful addition to anyone's collection. This could also be used as a replacement top for a vintage Nelson tray table. This tray is in pretty good condition for its age. It presents well and is very usable as is. There is normal light wear to the original finish. There are no deep scratches or gouges. On both the top and bottom sides, there is one small veneer chip each along the edge. There is a narrow bubble about an inch and a half long on the underside. There is a slightly raised spot on the top side opposite this. It's very subtle and not easy to see without holding it at an angle to a light source. I tried to photograph this as well as possible along with the other condition issues. Please see the photos for more detail. I'm trying to be as picky and through as possible. Overall, it's really a nice piece that I wouldn't hesitate to display in my own home. Please check out my other listings and thanks for looking!
