This is a metal man, hand painted in vibrant colors; there is a magnet attached to the back so was likely make to attach to a refrigerator door or other metal surface (though this is larger than your usual refrigerator magnet). Origin is not known for sure, but style and colors, etc., suggest the Caribbean Sea Islands, perhaps Haiti, Jamaica, Cuba, etc. Painted metal, measures ~ 7 7/8" high x 3 5/8" wide. Used, excellent like new condition with old price tags attached, nice bold colors. This will make a nice addition to your collection or display.
