Description: The General Radio Company Strobotac 1531-A electronic stroboscope. Can be used to measure motor parts such as cams & rotors, fuel nozzle spray patterns, and can also be used for high speed photography motion. It is in tested working condition. I noticed as I was testing that a few spots of the cord casing were open, I have them taped with electric tape. The wiring was not exposed at all it was just the outer casing. Inputs not tested.
