Description: This is a charming padded chintz valance embellished with self fabric rosettes. The fabric is a pretty yellow, cream and green pattern with stripes. The lining is a marvellous apple green polished cotton. Both front and back are in excellent condition. It appears to have been mounted with a velcro strip of which one side remains.
