It does have some flaws such as rusted edges, paint marks, etc. (Please see photos above for condition.) Please Note: No bindings included - this board makes for great wall decoration! Those are riser plates / adapters for modern day bindings that you see on the board. We have never taken these off before as we have only used it for wall decoration and not actual riding, so I am not sure of the condition of the board underneath the risers.
