Description: This vintage Talbot's 1980's dress is in excellent vintage condition. It was made in Hong Kong. Machine washable. While it can be worn just as a vintage dress, it could also, my daughter pointed out, be used as a Minnie Mouse dress. While it is labelled as a size 4, this was from the 80's when a size 4 was not as small as it is today. So while it is considered a small, it would not be an extra small. It has shaped shoulder pads (which can be removed) and an elasticized waist. Two loops if you want to belt the dress. Zipper is in the back. Cuffs have a red button.
