Dimensions: 6 1/4" Diameter x 5/8" High. Display stand not included.VERY GOOD, NEAR-MINT Condition. NO chips, cracks, crazing, scuffs, or dust. No utensil marks noted. No noticeable wear noted on the gold tone trim. Photos are of one of the actual plates being offered. The R.C. back stamp on this Noritake Dinnerware goes as far back as 1933. It stands for Royal Crockery, a brand created for the India and Southeast Asian market, and registered in India. Used for the first time in 1933 and through approx. 1946. Although the RC mark was reused after WWII, it was called "Rose China", in conjunction with "Made in Japan". Please Note: Manufacturing anomalies, such as spots, dimples, and the occasional speck of dust, are inherent in the manufacture of fine china, ironstone, and porcelain. This can usually be identified with the anomaly being glazed over during manufacture.
