Description: For sale is a georgeous vintage (Art Deco tableware) fine china square serving bowl with Imari-trimmed rims, made by Royal Caledonia in England, in the 1930's. This is a ~9" serving bowl; i.e. not the smaller individual soup bowl. This item from my wife's parents (from the mid-1950's) is in very good condition. It had previously been displayed in our curio-cabinet and then stored away for the past few decades; i.e. it was never used for serving food, etc. The 2 handles has fleur de lis embossing, blue ribbon, rust yellow florals, and gold trim finishings. The creamy white bowl has a cobalt blue band rim, with rusty red and yellow coloured flowers and swag. It measures 8 5/8" to 9" wide at the top rim, and is 2.5" tall. It is in excellent condition - no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs. The photos are of the actual item. Please ask questions or request for more pictures.
