This is "New Old Stock", meaning it has age, but was never used and is in near mint condition with bright colors and graphics. When flat, it measures 20" H x 10" W x 3-7/8"D. While in near mint, unused condition, there are some small tears and light soiling at the bottom. That said, it's an easy fix to repair and does not change the charm of this old brown paper sack.
