Description: This listing is for a brand new/sealed copy of VAUDEVILLE VILLAIN by VIKTOR VAUGHN on limited edition Silver vinyl. Released through the GET ON DOWN website, this highly awaited reissue didn't stick around for long and completely SOLD OUT. VIKTOR VAUGHN is one of multiple aliases of the late/great rapper/producer, Daniel Dumile, most widely known as MF DOOM. The fact that the VIK VAUGHN moniker is less recognizeable to the more casual fans of his work is likely why this project has far too often slid under the radar or been overlooked, even though it's arguably one of the strongest efforts of Dumile's entire catalogue. Unlike the early MF DOOM LPs, which were self-produced, VAUDEVILLE VILLAIN sees the trio of King Honey, Heat Sensor, and Max Bill producing the entirety of the album between them, with the sole exception being the song, "Saliva," handled by none other than RJD2. This copy is part of a limited run of only 4,000 copies worldwide!Worth noting is the fact that, while there was supposed to be a standard black repress secheduled for this year's Record Store Day, which has now been pushed back, the track list provided for that version appears to have the songs "Open Mic Night, Pt.1" and "Change The Beat" noticeably absent from it.
