Victorian Oak Stick & Ball Fretwork Spandrel Antique 1880s Interior Trim

Description: I have up for sale a wonderful antique circa 1890s give or take 73-1/2" x 17-3/8" x 7/8" Victorian Oak - Original Finish - Stick and Ball Gingerbread type Fretwork piece. This is an awesome piece as you can see - the finish is very clean and original - really nice condition wise considering the age . Some minor finish wear in spots but overall very good to excellent. I will special order a double wall box and line it with 1/1/2" or thicker sheets of polystyrene for protection. The metal L brackets are not included and they would make packaging more difficult. I can include them if you want them but you would have to pay extra shipping as I don't want to package them attached nor in the same box. The piece will require a special order box , I have a 6 business day handling time which may work out to be less. I live in the middle of no where so it may take a few extra days to a week to actually get posted once packaged . Please view each and every pic , ask for more if needed - do so prior to purchase. Ask all questions prior to purchase and simply be a responsible buyer . I have provided lots of information and nice pics . ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE.
