Preowned, but not used-10.25 x 15 inches.This is the Dickey House in Tiburon, Calif.-on the grounds of the Rose Verrall Wildlife Sanctuary operated by the Audobon Society. Built in 1876 by Dr. Benjamin Lyford. Originally located on Strawberry Point.1-2-sided page instruction sheet included, only item missing is a flagpole. Contains a base on heavy cardboard, 2 structural sheets of light cardboard and 4--2-color sheets on heavy paper. Can't assign a train scale but guessing it might be ok with O gauge or even a G scale.Will require large parcel shipping due to length and keeping flat.
