CONDITION: SOLD AS IT WAS ACQUIRED. THERE ARE SOME SCATTERING PINHEAD TO ERASER SIZED HOLES ON THE BOTTOM LEFT REAR PANEL JUST ABOVE THE RUFFLES WITH AN ADDITIONAL DOZEN PINHEAD HOLES SCATTERED THROUGH THE SKIRT, MOST ARE VERY SMALL. SEVERAL TINY PINHEAD HOLES ARE SEEN TO THE RUFFLE ON THE BOTTOM, UNSEEN UNLESS INTENSELY STUDIED. THE REAR WAISTBAND HAS A BUTTON HOLE ON EACH SIDE AND IS IN NEED OF A PROPER CLOSURE. THERE IS A ONE INCH REPAIR JUST ASIDE THE OPENING ON THE REAR SKIRTING. THE REAR SEAM HAS OPENED 5 INCHES AND NEEDS TO BE STITCHED BACK, NO LOSS OF FABRIC.
