The scales measure: 3/8" x 1-1/2" x 5" Scales are cut by hand and small variations up to 1/16" are to be expected. What does, "Value Priced" mean to you? It simply means these are the most cost-effective scales we sell. These are first quality (not seconds), hand cut and individually selected scales. How can we do this? We continually scour the internet and local sources for the best price on domestic and exotic lumber. When we find it, we buy it. We are then able to pass those savings along to you. Why would we do this? Many of the species you see in this listing would normally be much more expensive but we made the decision to not place so much emphasis on their "perceived value" but rather to price them based upon our costs. Many of these scales are in very short supply at this price. In these trying times we figure it's only fair to pass the savings on to you. If you like it, buy it. It may not be here tomorrow. We prefer to "Pay it forward" as often as possible. It's a pretty good rule to live by... Select the species from the drop-down menu. Pricing is for a set (2) of scales plus base shipping of $4.29. Photos are from stock that has been cut, sanded to 320 (sometimes 600), and buffed with the Beall system.
