Description: Description [Used] GRETSCH / 6124 Single Anniversary 1959 Sunburst This model was released in 1958 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Gretsch's founding. The model we have in stock this time is a veteran model, and you can tell it has been used well. The serial number suggests it is from around 1957, but since the bracing has parallel tone bars and the pot date is from 1965, we will sell it as a 1960s model. The pegs, bridge, frets, nut, and pickups have been replaced, the binding has been repaired, and the neck joint has been reset once (the joint has been touched up). The pickups look like "Hi-Lo Tron" at first glance, but they have a humbucker structure and have been modified. The pegs appear to have been replaced several times in the past, as there are filler marks, and the pickups may have had different ones installed in the past, as there are screw holes and chipped wood in the recessed area. Although there are many modifications, the guitar is very playable and has good playability because it has been modified to this extent.
