Description: LOC#Q-EB-8038-PL1 From a collection of vintage Hollywood paper items previously owned by Actor Fred Johnson (A Christmas Carol (1951), The City of the Dead (1960) and Martin Luther (1953) and more). After his passing the collection was held by a family member, and now is part of his estate. Very rare large size. This is a vintage print of a comic illustration by Jimmy Hatlo. Note that Fred Johnson appears and is named in the illustration. Overall size of the actual piece is 11” by 13 ½”. In overall good shape but with some minor smudges around the edges which may clean up, and a small tear on both the left and right margins… plus a bit of curling at the corners. On lightweight paper. A very nice old piece and absolutely genuine, absolutely vintage and likely the only one you’ll see like this. At this size, it can easily be a centerpiece in a good collection.
