Unfortunately, the thin plastic neck pad leaves a bit to be desired in the comfort department. I've heard of people putting modern neoprene neck pads on these for the best of both worlds, although others use them just as they are. This one has a silver-colored chain and adjustment mechanism. This strap is in excellent used condition. The adjustment mechanism works properly, the chain has not been broken, and the neck band isn't cracked, and it is nice and clean.
