Description: Twin Peaks Wrapped In Plastic issue # 22 has scuff marks and creases I purchased directly 100's of issues from Craig Miller and later his estate. So some of the issues have never been on book store selves or mailed by subscriptions. Still buying large collections from around the world and selling them individual.
