Not bad for a 50,000sf building. All the machines in the shop were top notch (Tsugami, Okuma, Honor Seiki etc) and pristine. Most 2019 or newer. This place was not planning on shutting down but the offer for the land was too good to pass up. The item/s pictured is/are what's included and is/are the item/s that you will receive. Any item can be shipped UPS or USPS 2-day or Overnite for the additional cost of the shipping If you purchase more than one lot I will combine the shipping if possible.
