traxxas xmaxx Rear Body Saver

Description: Xmaxx body saver for the rear of the xmaxx body to help prevent it from bending and cracking from those nasty landings. This will help prolong the life of those expensive lexan bodies! At $100 plus for a stock body I wanted a cheaper option and this is it. Printed in abs filament this body saver can either be snapped on to the stock taligate protector and can also be bolted on as shown in the pictures but is not necessary, I just wanted to make a more sturdy way to keep my body saver from falling off when running the xmaxx. The install with the mounting option you will need to make 4 holes big enough to fit an m4x20mm bolt you will also need 4 m4 nuts with the nylock, but again bolting it down is not necessary I just wanted to provide two different mounting options. The beauty about this body saver is that it can be transferred to any stock xmaxx body. The kit includes the body saver and the rear mounting plate. You will just have to provide your own bolts and nuts ,sizes for the bolts are m4x25 and m4 nuts and you will need four of each. I can print in either red, blue, neon green, or black but I will have more colors coming soon. Xmaxx body is not included in this add. It’s just for the body support and backing plate. Please keep in mind that nothing is invincible and everything has a breaking point with that being said this body saver is very durable and will hold up very well but everyone’s bashing is different so please keep that in mind when sending your Xmaxx to the moon.
