Description: This listing is for a Topps Wacky Packages All-New Series 4 dealer brochure from 2006! This bi-fold brochure measures 8.5 inches wide by 11 inches tall, or 17 inches wide when opened. Brochures were given to the dealers to advertise the product and it's key selling points. Topps stopped giving out this type of promotional material around 2008 when they began emailing .PDF's to the dealer. Any questions? Please ask before buying.
