There is a red heart tattoo on the back and the tail has an orange puff and red bow. It is really cute. It has velcro at the top and bottom to hold it on. I have 2 other matching in size mini & large if you would like to bundle. It measures 28” from the top of the head piece to the bottom and the tail adds another 14”. here is a slit for a leash.The fabric is 100% polyester and can had washed aniline dry.
