Description: A modern take on an old classic: a meticulously engineered reproduction of a classic toy from the mid 1930s. This listing includes three high quality resin reproductions of the rare and valuable Tootsietoy 1935 LaSalle, including a top-down convertible roadster of my own original design. The bodies of all models have been printed in an industrial quality UV resin. The wheels are separate free-spinning parts, the hubs are printed while the tires are real rubber just like the originals. The grilles and rear bumpers are separate parts held together in the same way as the vintage toys. Ken's Model Miniatures specializes in custom parts and assemblies. Every part, kit and model that I produce is drafted, fabricated and assembled in my Rhode Island workshop, 100% Made in America.
