Description: Very old antique book from 1883. It is hardbacked with leather binding on the spine and book cover edges. It is titled The Quiver and it says inside the front cover that it is an illustrated magazine for Sunday and general reading. It is volume xviii (18) It is a big heavy book, illustrated throughout with black and white illustrations. It makes an interesting read. It is complete and intact, although some pages have become loose and the cover is still attached but quite loose. It is still in good condition for its age This book belonged to my Great Grandparents who lived in the mid to late 1800s and has passed down through the generations and was quite often read and referred to. Sadly I'm downsizing and just don't have room for it anymore so hoping to pass onto someone else. It's a nice piece of history. I also have the 1884 edition on another listing in similar condition
