Description: Listing is NOT for all issues -- select and buy the one(s) you want. Don't buy one and think you are getting all -- I will not cancel/refund accidental purchases. I do combine shipping and offer discounts for multiple issues purchased. Just add the issues you want to your eBay cart and everything will be automatically calculated. The more you buy, the more you save! If you are an non-US buyer, combined shipping does not work automatically -- please contact me with the books you want and I can make the proper arrangements. Please see 'Seller Notes' for details on my collection. I have over 5,000 books from the 70s & 80s and am trying to figure out the best way to list them on eBay. Creating listings by title with issues as a variation seems to be the most efficient, plus allows me to automatically combine shipping and to offer discounts for multiple issues purchased. However, I lose the the option for buyers to make an offer. If there are specific books you would like to make an offer on, send me a message. Please check my eBay feedback to see what other buyers say about the condition of my books and be sure to check out my other listings for combined shipping discounts. Finally, while eBay is configured to not offer returns, if you feel a book has been misrepresented, I will work with you on it. Important note about shipping: I ship my comics in their sealed Mylar bag (no backing board) sandwiched between two 8.5" x 11" pieces of 1/8" corrugated cardboard placed in a 12" x 9" manila envelope. This should be adequate to protect the comics 99% of the time when shipped first class. You will have the choice to select either first class or economy/media mail shipping. Be advised that economy shipping is just like it sounds -- economy/3rd class and mail isn't treated all that well. Most of the time my packaging should withstand the abuse that 3rd class mail sees, but I can't be held responsible for damage caused by the post office in delivering the package as described. Choose first class shipping for more reliable handling and if you don't like my packing method, please contact me prior to purchase/payment to workout a different arrangement. The 'Nam (Marvel 1986-1993)Vietnam wasn’t the sort of place where heroes like G.I. Joe or Sgt. Rock would ever have fit in. It was different in the ’Nam: hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys, or even which side you were playing on. Marvel’s The ’Nam is a war comic for that very different war. Always maintaining a strong sense of story, it nevertheless paints the entire conflict in murky shades of gray, where “good guys” don’t always win, and the real losers are often those who weren’t doing the fighting. The 'Nam #1Vietnam the way it really was! Join Ed Marks and the men of the 23rd Infantry as they learn to survive in the steaming jungles of Southeast Asia. "First Patrol" is written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and Armando Gil. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #2The reality of life and battle in the bases and jungles of Vietnam as seen through the eyes of Pfc. Marks and his platoon reveals heroism and cowardice, and the corruption that protects the cowards! "Dust Off" is written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and Armando Gil. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #3Pvt. Ed Marks and his buddies take a well-earned leave to Saigon and discover that this city of earthly delights possesses some very real dangers as well! "3-Day Pass" is written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and Armando Gil. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #4Cover by Michael Golden. "Six O'Clock News," script by Doug Murray, pencils by Michael Golden, inks by Pepe Moreno; Various problems arise as an idiotic one-man news crew joins the soldiers on the front lines. 36 pgs., full color. $0.75. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #5Frontline heroism contrasts with base camp corruption when Ed Marks embarks on his first patrol as a corporal, and his superior, Sgt. Polkow, confronts the base's corrupt Master Sergeant in "Humpin' the Boonies." Written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and John Beatty. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #6Corporal Ed Marks learns how war is waged in the middle of the rainy season of Vietnam in "Monsoon." Written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and John Beatty. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #7Duong, a Kit-Carson scout for the U.S. Army, tells the story of how he has fought for his country and eventually left the communist forces and joined the Americans. "Good Old Days" is written by Doug Murray, with art by Wayne Vansant (20 pages) and Mike Golden & Bob McLeod (2 pages). Story contains elements of the true stories of three different Vietnamese soldiers. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #8The lives of the men known as Tunnel Rats are hauntingly revealed in two gripping stories of the Vietnam War. Who are Tunnel Rats? What exactly do they do? And why are their lives measured not in months and years, but in minutes...and inches! And what happens when a Tunnel Rat tries for one last tunnel? "In the Underground" and "Tunnel Rat" are written by Doug Murray, with pencils by Mike Golden. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #9It's war at its most brutal level when Cpl. Ed Marks and his friends are thrust into one of the worst battles of the Vietnam War. "Pride Cometh" is written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and John Beatty. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #10Just what do the citizens of Saigon think of the American soldiers in their country? Cpl. Ed Marks and his friends discover the gritty truth when they become a part of the security force assigned to patrol the South Vietnamese capitol during that country's National Day celebrations. Written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and John Beatty. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #11Cpl. Marks' first Christmas in Vietnam forces him to reassess his old beliefs in face of the war-torn reality around him in "'Tis the Season." Written by Doug Murray, with art by Mike Golden and John Beatty. Cover by Mike Golden. Cover price $0.75. The 'Nam #12Cover by Mike Golden. "From Cedar Falls, With Love," script by Doug Murray, art by John Severin; CpL Ed Marks may be getting ready to end his tour of duty, but he's still got to go out on patrol; And while there, he witnesses the first use of the toxic defoliant, Agent Orange! 36 pgs., full color. $0.75. The 'Nam #14You'll get a rare opportunity to see war through the eyes of the men who fight it as a storyteller named Clark tells tales of the Vietnam War and World War II. The 'Nam #18Lieutenant Alarnick wants to cover himself in glory--by having his men wipe out a peaceful Vietnamese village! Can his men change his mind?
