This is a production made prop Moondance Diner Waitress Uniform from Spider-Man (2002) This uniform was custom tailored exclusively for production however was unfinished as no buttons/button holes were added to the dress. The Moondance Diner is the restaurant Mary Jane Watson (Kirsten Dunst) worked at in the film. Mary Jane can be seen wearing one of these uniforms when she opens her trench coat reveals to Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) that she is a waitress. This is AWESOME!
