This is a rangefinder camera previously called "Contax". In the brochure of 1960 we can read: "The apparatus...is mainly intended for newspaper photographer's work and skilled amateur photographers". It has the metallic shutter of "jalousie" type, movement of shutters is top-down along the short side of a shot. Exposures are V, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 125, 250, 500, 1000. The shutter is equipped with the automatic releaser with speed 9-15 sec. The camera is completed with the standard lens "Jupiter 8M". Both simplex and double-cylinder cassettes can be used. Works properly. Lens is clean, no scratches. Focusing and stopping are smooth. Viewfinder is clean. Comes with case, lens cap, take-up spool. Made by Arsenal factory in Kiev, Ukraine.
