Mine has been air drying for over 20 years. Pieces were cut from logs more than 15 years ago and have been in protected indoor storage since. Snakewood notice: This wood may contain hairline cracks and/or small checks. I have hand-selected these for their soundness but the bidder should expect to have to use CA glue to seal these checks. This is not a defect in this wood. Only experienced snakewood users should bid. You are bidding on the piece as shown in the picture. This is premium quality snakewood, selected for its color, size and figure. This piece is rough sanded to thickness and has been wiped with mineral spirits to show its figure. Dimensions are in inches and shown in the picture. Tolerances are +/- 1/8"in length and width, thickness tolerance +/- 0.05".
