SimCity 2000 Special Edition [PC]

Description: SimCity 2000 Special Edition by Maxis Games for PC computers. Special Edition includes the base game as well as Urban Renewal Kit and Disaster Scenarios expansions. My set has an Urban Renewal Box and I'm not sure why. (Maybe Maxis didn't want to make new boxes and just shipped out the ones they had, replacing the CD inside and including with an extra paper sleeve wrapped around existing boxes to indicate Special Edition - I really don't remember or recall why it has an URK box.) Despite the box, this is the Special Edition, as photo will attest. Includes game disc, jewel case and insert, Urban Renewal Kit box and manual, install guide, and Maxis Maxims sheet. Game disc is scratch-free and recognized by Windows. There's a WIN95 folder on the CD so it may be playable on modern PCs, but I can't be certain. Minor crush damage to lower right corner of box, as seen from front. Adult owned, non-smoking household. Pictures are of actual item for sale.
