Feet are made out of high grade virgin rubber without fillers or regrind added in. Molded right here in OHIO at a family owned small business in the good old USA. Bumpers measure 2.5 inches outside diameter. 1 inch high. Pass through hole will accept up to a 3/8 inch bolt. The countersink recess measures approx 1.125 and is .5 inches deep. It will allow for the bolt or fastener head to be fully countersunk. You will also get 4 washers that will fit down inside the recess and also have a 3/8 inch hole.
