These are brand new, never worn, and in the original box. However as you will see in picture #3 on the right shoe there is a mark towards the toe box of the shoe. This mark is noticeable however you need to be super close and have the correct lighting. you will not even notice this after wearing them and scuffing the shoes up yourself after a week. The left shoe is in perfect condition. Also as you can see from the first photo which shows the sole, these shoes are brand new and have never been worn and will ship in their original box.
