I don’t see any physical damage except 2 of the 4 black round grommets that the plate sets on have part broken off that you can see in #7, 8 & 9 photos. The only test that I did is turn the power on and placed a 200g weight and it read 199.8g. I also a 9V battery and it powered up fine.
