Plug and play for games like Star Wars but simulators may require some set up but maybe also plug and play. Seems like most configuration settings are controlled from command prompt screens. Owners manual does provide lots of detail. Includes 3 in 1 PC game Ultimate flight collection 2006. I also have the rudder pedals listed separately, I will discount the set if interested.
