Description: Here is a limited addition signed and numbered 26/345 print of an 18th-century row home stone street in Philadelphia, most probably in what they call Olde City today. The title of the print is "Old Town" in pencil at the bottom in the center. Also in pencil us "L.Sacco/R.Ehrlich at the lower right. The numbers are in pencil lower left. The print is in excellent condition. Clean and unworn. no rips, holes, etc. Never taken out. Like new. S &E had a unique style with color and shadow, blending reality with art to evoke a true emotion of the site. The frame measures 26" by 26." Some reflections from the room might appear in the images. They dont exist. Print and glass are clean and unworn
