Description: READ ALL I searched for this book extensively and and found only one copy on ABE and the price is $800. I’t didn’t even have photos. It was originally published in 1888. I have had this since the 80’s from the legendary Bodhi Tree Bookstore in West Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. I advise everyone to read about it in Wikipedia. It has such a rich history with books in this genre. I have no way of safely packing this myself due to the large size. UPS will have to pack it and ship it. I will not know the cost until it is packed. This book is fragile and that’s why l only found the one copy for sale. Most of the copies probably fell apart. I don’t think a lot of these were printed. The covers show wear. It is taped with black electrical tape It’s possible this book was privately produced and not by the publishing company and that is why it is not available. There are two 1” tears on the top of the covers. The. Interior pages are in excellent condition except the first 3 pages which are torn at the top by 1”. Despite its flaws it is a fascinating and beautifully illustrated book and a real rare gem for your collection. Please ask all your questions because it is not refundable.
