Designed by professional angler and frog fishing master Ish Monroe, the Phat Mat Daddy is made with super soft plastic, capable of collapsing more freely for a better hook-up ratio. Additionally, this lure weighs more than your typical topwater frog and comes with optional rattles. Why? Well, when fishing heavy cover like thick lily pads or grass mats, the additional weight of the frog pushes down on the thick vegetation and that pressure, in combination with the optional rattles, creates a visual and sonic profile that's easier for fish to pick up on and track then standard hollow body frogs. Comes pre-rigged with #6/0 Black Nickel Double Frog Hooks and is available in 8 colors.
