It provides clean, low-noise RF signal distribution across the 470-698 MHz band and serves as a powerful 12V DC power distribution system for wireless mic receivers or other rack equipment. The Octopus power cable leverages the DISTRO5's robust internal power supply to deliver up to 5 amps of DC power, eliminating the need for wall warts and dedicated rack power distribution. Additionally, the DISTRO5 HDR features a 12V DC power input for battery operation, ideal for mobile sound cart applications.
